Q. Can you offer advice/costings on the provision of Food Safety / Hygiene Training for “X” number of our staff ?
A. Yes, we provide half day refresher courses and full day 3rd party certified training courses. These can be delivered on your premises on a day / time to suit you and your staff roster.
Q. Do you offer tailored on site food safety training / consultancy for food safety managers and supervisors ?
A. Yes, we have many long term clients who have used us over the years to set up and help maintain annual staff refresher training and / or 6 monthly or quarterly internal food safety audits. The areas for improvement noted during client premises audits are subsequently incorporated into tailored training content material for delivery to general staff as well as to managers and supervisors.
Q. Do you provide assistance with preparing companies for independent 3rd party audits ?
A. Yes, as a close working partner with E.I.Q.A. we have many clients who have sought and successfully achieved 1st time certification or achieved higher certification status within the Q Mark for Hygiene and Food Safety Standard programme.
