Our managing director and lead adviser / trainer / auditor Brendan Buckley is already well known in the Irish industry. It is our pleasure and our strength to put this extensive experience to work for clients in a cost effective manner.
Brendan Buckley has been C.E.O. of Food Management Systems Ltd since it’s incorporation in July 1994. He has 30 years experinece between the Irish and UK Food Industries. Brendan carries a primary Degree in Dairy and Food Science (BScDy) from UCC in 1983.
His work experience spans 15 years in food manufacturing and a further 15 years in food safety quality / training and consultancy functions within the food catering, retailing and health care sectors.
Brendan has an excellent appreciation of cultural practices within each of these sectors and a thorough knowledge of associated requirements in relation to the Q Mark for Hygiene & Food Safety Standard.
Brendan has achieved a 1st Class Honours trainer certificate
from NUI Maynooth and Principal Food Safety Auditor certification with the
International Register of Certified Auditors (No 1198901)
Brendan is also a member of the Irish Institute of Training and Development.
